One product, from checklist to report

Inspectors open PoolVerify in the browser on the phone or tablet they already carry. The California template lists the safety features HSC §115922 names, each with its condition, notes, and photos. The client signs on the screen, and the PDF is generated with the inspector's company name, license, and logo on the header.

Who builds PoolVerify and writes the guides

Adi Leviim is the founder of PoolVerify and the developer who builds it. He has more than seven years of full-stack development experience in React, Next.js, and Node.js, and writes these guides from the statute text on leginfo.legislature.ca.gov and from the product itself.

Where your data lives

Every record, photo, and signature is stored with named providers in the United States, under encryption. The security page describes each layer; this is the summary.

Providers and safeguards
Hosting	Vercel, with HTTPS on every connection
Database	Supabase on AWS in the us‑west‑2 (Oregon) region, for records and photos
Encryption	TLS 1.3 in transit, AES‑256 at rest, backups encrypted to the same standard
Sign‑in	Clerk, with hashed passwords and verified email addresses
Payments	Polar as merchant of record. PoolVerify never stores card details
Isolation	PostgreSQL row‑level security, so one company's records are never readable by another
Email	Resend delivers the PDF when you email it from PoolVerify
